We are able to provide honing service inner cylindrical surfaces with diameter Ø 44 mm to Ø 150 mm. Honing achieves surface roughness in classes of N1 to N4. Honing is the most using method for finishing internal cylindrical surfaces such as holes on coupling of turbine rotors, engine cylinder sleeves, etc.
In cooperation with VTI Institute from Moscow we are able to perform Electrospark Alloying on metal surfaces exposed to wear and erosion of materials. This process can provide required the properties on material surface such as: hardness, wear resistance, erosion, electrical conductivity, repair of dimensions (reparation) of wore machine and devices parts, etc. The surface layer applied by this method has almost all the properties of classically welded layer and what it makes it special is low heating of the base material, that during the treatment amounts to approximately 50°C. Electrospark alloying has wide application in energetics, especially in the process of strengthening and repairing steam turbine blades.
